Q2:   I click the Submit button to register and nothing happens. What do I do now?

Q3:   I get a logged out message, e.g., "You have been logged
out of the system. Please login again". What do I do now?
         A: You are probably experiencing difficulty with the WGU fire wall. Do this: Log out of your WGU student account. You can log in again using this different URL:
http://training.trainingplace.com/loq. You can continue with your log in process (enter email address and password). If you get the message again, refresh your Internet browser screen and log in again.

Q4:   I get an error message. What do I do now?

Q1:   I forgot to click the email button to get a copy of my results. What do I do next to receive an email of my results?...
 A: Log in at this URL:
http://training.trainingplace.com/loq. Your results will appear and you can click on the email button at the bottom of the page. Your supervisor will also received an email.

Q2:   I clicked the email button to get a copy of my results and received nothing. What do I do next to receive an email of my results?...
         A: If you do not enter your email correctly, you will not receive an email.
